Играющие дети (повтор)-Playing children

This picture was painted by me in 1983, after a trip to the plein air to Lake Balkhash, in Kazakhstan. I saw the fishermen's children, tanned to blackness, who, while waiting for their fathers from fishing, played on the shore, building houses out of sand and household paraphernalia found right there on the shore.
