Why seek the unattainable-JUST BE YOU

In this work I have stretched medium cotton canvas up on a blind frame size 90 x 90 cm and used acrylic painting, coal and fabric as mediums. With this work my intension is to inspire females of all ages and shapes to be satisfied with themselves. By using newspaper clippings in fabric of beautiful modells I invite the viewers in to the atmosphere and explain that everyone can feel that they want to be someone else, but why should they. The female character express longings to look as beautiful as the models. Why seek the unattainable when the most important thing is to love your self and be kind to others instead of using time comparing to others.
