“Raccoglimento” 

In this work, I would like to represent the idea of rest, to take a deep breath, to take a momentary break from the hurrying life: this woman is in a deep concentration, closed in herself. Sometimes we all need this deeper quiet: this is represented by bodies without any background. An attempt to close is done with the red line: but at the end it remains open, it remains just a suggestion.

“E nelle pause prender fiato” are the lines of an Italian poem.
